The sites were Graffiti Bridge, Wayside Park and Payne Bridge on Cervantes. Barely touched the surface of the garbage at Hobo Beach with 43 large, 40 USG trash bags. Volume of garbage from homeless never seems to decrease no matter how many garbage bags of “stuff” is removed!

Andy and I had dug the mattress out and spread pieces on the beach to dry out. Today Barbara and Amy bagged it (8) and hauled it out in a wagon! Great job!! 305lbs dry!!

Mike and I cleaned up beach debris of lumber and a garbage can. Including trash picked up by 16 other volunteers, a total of 256 lbs was at Naval Live Oaks. Thirty people collected a further 99 lbs at south end of Bob Sikes bridge - a lot of fishing line!
